1. Service Description & Purpose

Provider Care Records (PCR) is a software application designed to assist childcare providers with record-keeping and administrative tasks. PCR is a tool only and does not provide childcare services, professional advice, or regulatory compliance guidance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PCR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

3. Platform Limitations

PCR does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information
Platform does not conduct background checks or credential verification
Service records reflect individual experiences only
No guarantee of service availability or data integrity

MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE FOR ALL USERS:

  • These updated Terms of Service (Version 2.0) require acceptance
  • All users must acknowledge updated terms to access the application
  • New privacy policies and liability protections are now in effect
  • Continued use without acceptance will prevent app access
